Can't give blood

The last week or so, I have kinda forgotten to write my daily blog. I will either do it briefly or the next day or few days since I forget so much. Sorry about that. So, I was in Superdrug today and saw a leaflet that talked about giving blood and that is something I have wanted to do for a long time, but I remember them saying you need to be certain age, weight and height. In IT right now, obviously, and I looked up some of the rules, and because I have CFS, I can’t donate.
