Marley actually hates me

Okay so I let Marley outside for like 10 minutes, she walked outside in the snow then I let her in. I sat down for dinner then got up then looked in the kitchen and there was a nice puddle of piss on the floor and shit all over the kitchen near the cooker mainly. Like thanks love. You have done your business in the snow before but fine, do it in the kitchen for me to clean :-((
