Genuinely feeling better
Okay, so I don't think Nay is mad. At least not mad enough to hate me and not talk to me. I talked about having some time to try and improve and become a better person and I mean it. She seemed okay with it. I will prove it though. I've done about 20 minutes of mindfulness and I already feel better. Obviously it takes time but if I can continue this, then hopefully things should get better. If I get the Pizza Hut job - which I find out tomorrow - then I will get a monthly subscription for Pacifica - the app that helps with mindfulness and tracks your mood and stuff. Only £3.99 a month and with Netflix, that's a tenner a month when I could be bringing in nearly £200. Not bad. Also I should be getting the £30 refund from Exeter soon so I will use that to go and see Nay during the half term for the day and take her out for a picnic. I would have to get up earlier to get the like 6:38 bus I think but then I would get to Worcester by 10 and can buy things - like Curly fries which need to be warm - then get a bus to her house and treat her to a little picnic as long as the weather is good. Actions speak louder than words.
